Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy
At Vyome Perfumes, we strive to provide the best quality fragrances to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
• Fragrances (Perfume, Attar, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• We do not accept return, exchange, or cancellation requests once the order is placed.
Refund Policy for Failed Transactions
• In case of a failed online transaction, refunds are automatically processed to the original payment source.
• The refund process may take up to 7 working days (depending on the bank).
Shipping Charges for Order Issues
Customers will be liable to pay forward & return shipping charges in the following cases:
1. Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
o If the customer fails to provide essential details (mobile number, address, pincode, etc.), leading to a delivery failure.
2. Unavailability at the Time of Delivery:
o If the customer is not available to receive the order or refuses to accept it, causing the package to be returned to us.
Replacement Policy
• Replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• To process a replacement claim, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
• Customers must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
